Welcome to Luma Reverie. By purchasing from lumareverie.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Products & Licensing All products sold by Luma Reverie are digital fine art photographs delivered as downloadable files. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use licence for the purchased image. You may print and display the work in your private home or personal space.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use any image for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Luma Reverie. Commercial licensing options are currently in development and will be available soon — contact luma.reverie26@gmail.com to enquire.

2. No Refunds All sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered. Please review product previews carefully before purchasing.

3. Download Limits & Expiry Each purchase includes up to 5 downloads. Download links expire 30 days after purchase. It is your responsibility to save your files promptly after purchase.

4. Intellectual Property All photographs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Luma Reverie. Purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the image.

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
